Good morning from Telefonplan!

At Hyper Island, it’s the final race in Marketing&Promotion at the moment. Friday is the big Day; launching or site 53colors.com and release party all night long at Astoria.

There’s some work left to do, but I’m confident that we’ll make it!

As a project manager, it’s easy to feel a bit left behind when your project group (in this case; my class) is working so well. You don’t feel as necessary anymore, when there’s no more budgets to make or schedules to write. But in fact, you’re as important as ever! You have to stay updated and don’t fall behind. Because if (or WHEN) something goes wrong at the final stage, you won’t be able to either prevent nor fix it if you have no idea of what’s going on.

So keep on talking to your team, have daily meetings and check up on your mates every now or then. Maybe someone needs help? Maybe something is wrong even though no one has noticed. So stay alert! At least, I’m trying to.

(Even though I have to admit that my new appartment takes a lot of time and energy right now, hehe.)
